Freud’s Last Session: NYtheatreguide review

Theatre Review: ‘Freud’s Last Session’ at Road Less Traveled Theatre

Artistic Academic April

I’d like to attempt to update this more frequently, but if once a month or so with current projects is the norm, strides in the right direction.

April. In four hours it will be May.
April has been a whirlwind. Multiple shows. Multiple students. Multiple brains. Every day I was switching instantaneously between different versions of myself.
Artistic. Academic.
Procrastinating. Productive.
Panicked. Passive.
Duality continues.

Highlights: Buffalo State Runway 8.0, set design. Road Less Traveled Water by the Spoonful, set design.

Drawing by the Scalerule

Initial design ideas for RLTP’s Water by the Spoonful are underway. Inspired by the minimalist work of Appia and Meilziner, and the geometry of modern architectural gardens, I’m exploring the worlds of evocative spaces that serve multi-functions. All amidst a contemplative week of death and birth(days). Enjoying the quiet of woods, despite the frigid cold, it’s a chance to celebrate life.
