On hiatus from teaching and designing for the summer: I’ve been enjoying walks in the woods, and evenings by the water with my love and the most adorable pup. Taking in lazy mornings and chilled rosé during these dog days of summer.
But as we approach the beginning of the season and semester, preproduction, meetings and rehearsals are already underway for the first few shows. As well as taking advantage of otherwise days off, I’ve been working on revamping some scenic units for Neglia’s Nutcracker with our TD and some of our students.
And so begins the 2017-18 season! Here we go.
